My stay at the hotel was lovely! The room had a cozy and clean jacuzzi tub, though the handles fell off, which was a bit inconvenient. The service was excellent, especially since the staff remembered us coming in late at night. The location was great, centrally located in downtown Newport with convenient access to restaurants and sights. The dining experience was fresh and handled by a very friendly young fellow. Overall, a wonderful experience with a few minor hiccups.

The hotel had lovely and clean rooms, nicely decorated with a jacuzzi tub, but some handles were a bit worn. The room was decently sized with a sitting area, giving it a vintage feel like something from my great grandmother's storage unit. The service was excellent, especially with staff recognizing us as returning guests, including the General Manager Paul. The location was in downtown Newport Rhode Island, just across from the historic Viking hotel, providing a nice view and convenient access to restaurants and attractions. The dining experience was pleasant with delicious food handled by a very accommodating young staff member. Overall, a charming stay with a few minor quirks.
